WebFor the last year or so I've been having bad dry scalp. After taking showers and using shampoo/conditioner I see white flakes in my hair and scalp. If i dont use shampoo/conditioner and instead just wet my hair every morning, I barely get any white flakes/dry scalp, but my hair becomes extremely oily/greasy by the end of that day.
