Basically, the app lets you call for a vehicle to pick you up at any time. The great thing about Grab is that you have a number of services at your disposal. Using this option the drivers only pay a 20THB fee per ride as opposed to the percentages that companies like Bolt take from the drivers. Don't believe me? Just ask the next driver you have! They won't mind talking about it, they discuss politics all day anyway.
