WebWent through and did a complete refresh of firefox and all extensions with no success. I tested the clips on my home PC (Win7,updated firefox) and the same clips download with audio with no issues. I do not have the companion app on either computer. I am very much at a loss and have tested the audio issue and options wthout success.
