Does anyone … WebWithout getting too technical, these oils actually dry into a hard finish under ambient conditions, and they form a finish very similar to a build up finish like polyurethane, but with better penetration of the wood. It's certainly a thinner build up, but as far as pure oils go, Tung is the gold standard.
