WebFeb 16, 2024 · It was a simple fix for me. Note that the account is on Office 365 not on premise Exchange and we have 2 factor authentication. Search for Settings in Windows > Access work or school > Select Work or school account > disconnect. Then launch Outlook again, it works ok. This solution worked for me!
